Delivery of results

Fibrelab & Co (Fibre Lab and Co.) is an animal and plant fibre analysis laboratory (OFDA2000). Delivery means the analysis report as a PDF, sent by e-mail — not the dispatch of physical goods.

What you receive

• A detailed PDF report, sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout;
• Results are not sent by post (unless otherwise agreed with the laboratory).

Samples and information sheet

To complete an analysis you must:

1. Place an order online on this website;
2. Fill in the information / sample sheet required for each sample;
3. When applicable, send your samples to the laboratory address:

Without a properly completed sheet and without the sample (when the service requires it), the laboratory cannot process the order.

Lead times

Turnaround depends on the service type, laboratory workload and the quality / compliance of samples received. An indicative delay is given at order time or by e-mail; it may be extended during busy periods or if further information is needed.
