Delivery of results

Fibrelab & Co (Fibre Lab and Co.) is an animal and plant fibre analysis laboratory (OFDA2000). Delivery means the analysis report as a PDF, sent by e-mail — not the dispatch of physical goods.

What you receive

• A detailed PDF report, sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout;
• Results are not sent by post (unless otherwise agreed with the laboratory).

Samples and information sheet

To complete an analysis you must:

1. Place an order online on this website;
2. Fill in the information / sample sheet required for each sample;
3. When applicable, send your samples to the laboratory address:

Without a properly completed sheet and without the sample (when the service requires it), the laboratory cannot process the order.

Lead times

Indicative turnaround: 1 to 2 weeks after sample receipt, up to 1 month during shearing season. It may be extended if samples are not compliant or if further information is needed.
