Terms and conditions
Fibre Lab and Co. (trading name Fibrelab & Co) is the animal and plant fibre analysis platform of Filature de la Vallee des Saules, SAS with share capital of 8 000 EUR, RCS Douai 790 388 763, VAT FR 40 790 388 763 — 59227 Saulzoir, France — fibrelabandco@gmail.com.
1. Purpose
These terms govern online orders for animal and plant fibre analysis services (including OFDA2000 measurements) and delivery of a PDF report by e-mail. They do not cover filament product sales or textile goods dispatch.
2. Orders
Orders are placed on the website and become final after validation and payment. The customer must provide accurate information and, where required, send samples with the completed information sheet.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Payment is made online via Systempay (Banque Populaire) — CB / Visa / Mastercard — over SSL. Orders are processed only after successful payment.
4. Performance and delivery of results
Analysis results are delivered as a PDF file sent by e-mail. Lead times are indicative and typically run from receipt of compliant samples and the information sheet. Fibre Lab and Co. will inform the customer if issues arise (insufficient sample, missing data, etc.).
5. Samples
Samples received for analysis become the property of Filature de la Vallée des Saules unless otherwise agreed. The laboratory may retain and then destroy them, unless a prior written request for return is made (any return costs payable by the customer).
6. Liability
Liability of Filature de la Vallee des Saules / Fibre Lab and Co. for an analysis is limited, at the laboratory’s option, to a re-test or a refund of the analysis price. Indirect damages are excluded.
7. Withdrawal
Under the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not apply to fully performed services with prior consumer consent, or to clearly customised services. For analyses already performed or in progress after sample receipt, refunds are generally not due except as under section 6.
8. Mediation — disputes
Under Articles L.611-1 et seq. and R.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may free of charge refer a dispute with a trader to a consumer mediator for amicable resolution.
Fibre Lab and Co. / Filature de la Vallée des Saules guarantees the consumer effective access to a consumer mediation scheme.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes: courts with jurisdiction over the registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules and prior mediation under section 8.
